BWI Merchandising is based in Hinckley on the same site as NJ Screen Prints, the UKs leading volume screen printer of garments to retail and trade. Boasting leading edge printing technology and excellent relationships with high street retailers and the major supermarket brands, NJ is a growing business that has doubled its turnover over the last two years. BWI is a joint venture BWI Merchandising Ltd with a leading US licensed goods business which is expected to drive significant growth opportunities in both licensed apparel and accessories across Europe to existing and new customers. Employing around 12 staff in BWI and around 175 in NJ, both businesses are focused and committed to leading edge design, quality and customer service.
We have robust and long-standing relationships with High Street retailers, premium clothing bands and the major supermarket clothing brands; as well as a growing presence in the licensed product arena. To support this growth and new direction at BWI we are seeking exceptional license apparel designers to join our already successful team, one of positions which will be up to 12 months maternity cover. Candidates attributes would include an in depth knowledge of license fashion trend from origin to mass market. They will also have the ability and experience to both spot trends and to interpret them in a commercial, creative and customer focussed manner for license apparel.
