I am looking for an artist to do artwork for two children's books. I am not offering any money; books will be sold as POD (print on demand) the profits of which I will split 50-50. I need two distinct types of art: very fine/lifelike of cats (reproducing two of my own) and drawing with a rough texture, like crayon, but not crayon as a kid would do, just that kind of broken colour. Again, this is a labour of love for someone who wants to get their name on a book. I do the typesetting and layout and have specific ideas of what I want drawn. If you would like to have some fun doing artwork you love, maybe we can work together. Must be dependable, fast and take direction well. This will make an impressive note on a CV.
